2025 Standard Fee Guide:
- Acknowledgments – $15 per notarized signature
- Jurats – $15 per notarized signature
- Oaths and Affirmations – $15 per oath or affirmation taken
- Certified Copy of Power of Attorney – $15 per copy certified
- Depositions – $30 for all deposition services, $7 for oath, $7 for certificate
- Copies of Journal Entries – 30 cents per page
Other Fees:
- Travel Fees: $40 for locations within Modesto. For locations outside Modesto, an additional $0.75 per mile will be added to the base fee. First-time customers must pay travel fees in advance via Zelle.

Discounts You May Qualify For:
Veterans: In CA, notaries can't charge fees for notarizing documents related to veterans' benefits. I offer free notarization for veterans, and any associated travel fees will be discounted by 50%.
Teachers & LEOs: I appreciate you and am pleased to offer a 25% discount. Please let me know if you qualify when booking your appointment.
